Wallace Public Library
We are very proud of our Carnegie Library. It was built in 1911 with a grant from the Carnegie Foundation. In 1999, the library was restored. Two layers of paint were removed from the outside of this beautiful brick building. Inside, the plaster was repaired and painted, the woodwork polished and shined and the doors rebuilt to match the originals.
Family Game Night - November 17 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
We have various card games, board games and a hidden object game.
Stuffed Animals will be taking over the library. On November 22 bring your stuffed friend and a blanket to our story hour. Listen to stories and make a craft. Tuck your friend in for the night. On November 23 you may pick up your friend at 3:30 and look what they did in the library when the librarian left for the night.
